I'm going to setup an excursion to the Gaeltacht (region to be kept private for now - message me for more details.) - I'm wondering if there's any interest on here for anyone who wants to come. I'm setting a timeframe of next summer for the excursion. It should last 1 week.

You'll get to learn your native tongue, and regardless of your level - whether you have no experience whatsoever, or want to brush up on what you learned in school - this will be a great way to learn Gaeilge.

Should be lots of activities for us to do, and many a pint to be drunk!

There is plenty of time in advance to prepare for this, so no excuses!

John.

Please include your level of Gaeilge when messaging me and how long you think you can go for.

Regards,
John.

Ok, a location has been set. If anyone else is interested, just drop me a PM. Lots of time to organise this! Should be a great craic.

A rough estimate of a week long course, including accomadation will work out to be about €300. If there is a few of us, we can rent out a house between us all.

Let's get some numbers folks

Roughly $600 US plus airfare? I think I just might be able to swing that, barring any financial catastrophe. Count me in.

I'd love to come but I'm not sure I can make it, time-wise. But I think it's great that you're doing this. I'd love to freshen up on my Gaelige. Maybe you should do something online as well.
