i was curious if someone can correct me on this if im wrong.
Ó na Flaitheartaigh fíochmhara, a Thiarna, saolaigh muid
it should be in english' From the ferocios o'flahertys, O lord deliver us"
any input on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
We used sinn over muid when I went to school. Either should be correct.

what dialect did they teach you in school?

Munster, but it varied as some of my teachers over the years were from Connacht.

so then you would agree with me on the translation being 100% accurate beside muid or sinn depending on the dialect
It looks fine, but I'm not a gaelgoir - so don't go tattooing yourself with it or anything :)
