Following the completion of M15’s new building at Maryfeild they have wasted no time in trying to recruit informers in the Tyrone area on Monday the 29th a member of the McKearney/McCaughey cumann was approached by two individuals from British intelligence as he walked to work, they said he was being monitored for sometime made reference to his daily and past movements in detail, mentioned his family and girlfriend and tried to force on him a contact number.

When these scare tactics didn’t work and the contact number was refused, they said it would benefit him financially and pointed out a car in a car park ahead and said that’s yours if you want it to be, needless to say the individual still refused.

We of Republican Sinn Fein in East Tyrone condemn these foolish actions from British (lack of) intelligence; Irish Republicans cannot and will not be bought! There are still those left in Tyrone loyal to the Republic and who have not betrayed it, we call upon similar minded people to join with us and oppose British rule in Ireland and call upon anyone else who is approached by these vultures to tell them where to stick it and go public immediately and let the republican movement known.

There will always be Irish Republicans in Tir Eoghan who will stand by the Irish Republic and tell these enemies of the Irish people where they can take their alien law.

I am somewhat confused by Tir Eoghain contribution to this post. He alludes to something that is Myth. I'm sure his heart is in the right place and his intentions are totally honourable. However it must be stated that there certainly are 3 members of the British parliament representing Tyrone, however i would take issue as to whether they can be callled Republican MP's. Actively supporting the RUC, asking people to collude with them, administering British Rule in a British Parliament at Stormont and actively engaging in copperfastening partition in Ireland surely are not the credentials of Republicans.

He should have taken the car. It would be somewhat ironic if it had been later left outside a psni base with a surprise in it.

Was West Belfast at the height of Local Resistance not represented by the stoops, was South Armagh not always Represented by the Stoops, Fermanagh South tyrone was represented by Ken McGuinness for 20 years after Bobby Sands and Owen Carron All 3rd Batt Areas in Belfast through out the last phase of armed struggle were represented by Bitter Loyalists/unionists, So when P$F supporters attempt to void Irish republican resistance by pointing out the current representation in British parliment of Britsh paid Politicians are they not Voiding the IRA's recnt campaign full stop.
What does it mean to Republicans whos in the enemy parliment sure is the whole thing not aimed at getting rid of the enemy parliment anyway?

At the most horrific times of Irish Resistance there was no "Statistical Support" on westminister headed paper for the Rebel but if the rebel had not of got up of his/her knees and went against the odds well we would be in a very different place now.
Fair play to all who resist the British Shilling and for those who take it in the guise of being supported by the voters in British elections shame on you! Was Participation in elections by republicans not a tactic to show how many people didn't want to be part of Britian how did this end up turning in to Being a tactic to show how many people did??

So all the people who voted for the three republicans are not republicans themselves?
If you count all the republicans who voted for the 3 and then the unionists it leaves next to zero people so your saying republican tyrone has no more republicans if they all voted for SF.
