a chairde,
i don't have the proximity to this but again as with kehoe and others there was the usual stuff about hiom not being happy at being snubbed for the dail candidature, which he has refuted...i wonder is it this type of rumourmongering that are the tensions he referred to...i'm prepared to wait and accept his own comment on his resigning from sinn fein.

donegal democrat quotes pearse that the resignation was a blow. chair of sf in donegal said it wasn't a surprise as he had been unhappy for two years and was disappointed that sf only ran one dail candidate.he is remaining as an independent. his vote surged when he joined sf so if there is someone in that area to replace him it won't be a big loss. donegal democrat isn't online.
