32CSM POlicy Docs

I notice in the 32CSM Section that the policy docs are marked as Moved. The problem is that the individual links do not link to the individual document but rather to a thread with the documents randomly placed. Links to policy Docs of any group should link to the actual document.

Those were redirects to let users know that they had been moved.
I have removed them now.

That's sound, but individual Policy Documents should have their own link.

I had to put them into one thread, either than or have them stickied individually, which will confuse any new users. Theres too many, so I thought I'd stick them into one thread.
